National Wall Guard Undercoat is a single component acrylic emulsion paint to reduce the flammability and combustion of building materials, by preventing the rapid fire spread, over it coats. It provides a seamless, moisture/vapour barrier coating with excellent alkali resistance and good adhesion. It provides a flexible and elastomeric membrane which can absorb the possible shocks caused by the contraction and expansion of the substrate surfaces. It is a low flame spread and low VOC coating. This product is water proof and has anti-mould property. It contains anti fungal and anti bacterial additives. RECOMMENDED USE National Wall Guard Undercoat is recommended on building materials to reduce flammability and combustion. It is essential to residential buildings, shopping malls etc. when it needs efficient measures to prevent rapid fire spread over it coats. It is suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces such as cement plasters, concrete and brick works. It can also be used for surfaces like wood, asbestos, and gypsums.
